For the new year, we set out with the goal of getting monthly developer updates, improved internal communication, and improved external communication.
January was filled with a ton of back end changes to the way we handle development, introducing what we hope are easier, more streamlined methods of communication.
Going further, we've moved much of our back-end optimization to Notion, and are continuing to learn and implement it to help us track development projects, meeting notes, scheduled dates/times, and financials. While our development wasn't the worst organized system on the planet, using tools like this should make our lives a bit easier and improve our workflow.
Moving on to the actual development side of things, City 17 has seen quite a few new buildings, additions, and the final district is nearing completion at a rapid pace.
Pngnore finished the Nexus Exterior (interior work to begin shortly), and has begun work on the research center/clinic., while Ballads has been hard at work on the grocery store and a complex alleyway set piece.
With these completions, we are down the last three buildings that require exteriors, removing filler blocks, and optimization/code implementation.
Attached to this post are a number of screenshots in various states of development.
Because the vote is tied, I chose to just combine the Slum and Residential districts together and offer that instead. I couldn't think of a good way of combining the Industrial and Residential without it being a massive hassle.
Here is your preview of these districts.

Let me know in this thread if you happen to find any holes or major issues. I've opened up some of the interiors to preview, but bear in mind none of the interiors there have been furnished yet.
